10 Day Money Back Guarantee

New sign-up promotions, such as free trials and the 10 Day Money Back Guarantee, are only eligible for new members. Any accounts that have been active in the past 12 months are unable to redeem a new account promotion.

To redeem the 10 Day Money Back Guarantee you must contact us at [email protected] Include the username, email, and name on file for the account that you wish to cancel. When we receive your email, we will cancel your account and send a full refund via PayPal. We can only refund to the PayPal account that was originally used to activate the membership.

Recurring Membership Payments

No refunds are made on recurring payments. In order to avoid unwanted charges, you must cancel your membership here  before your payment due date or email us at [email protected] and we will cancel your account for you. If you feel you were incorrectly charged, send us an email so we can discuss a resolution.

eGuides and Products

eGuide and downloadable product purchases made on are non-refundable. In the event that a purchase error is made please contact us via [email protected] to discuss a resolution.

Merchandise bought through affiliate or external websites are subject to that website’s Terms of Service and Refund/Exchange Policy.
